FAQ’s

For questions about EMS training, bookings, and memberships, you’ll find the answers below. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach us by phone or email — we’d be happy to help.

What does EMS stand for and how does it work?

EMS stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation. It’s a training method where gentle electrical impulses activate your muscles while you perform guided exercises. While traditional workouts engage around 40–50% of your muscles, EMS can stimulate up to 90% of muscle fibers at once. That’s why a 20-minute EMS session can feel like the equivalent of a 90-minute gym workout.

Is EMS safe and what does it feel like?

Yes, EMS is completely safe when done under supervision. It has been used worldwide for decades in fitness and physiotherapy. During a session, the impulses feel like gentle vibrations or deep muscle contractions — unusual at first, but completely comfortable.

How many times a week should I train, and when will I see results?

For most clients, 1–2 sessions per week are enough to see results. With a healthy lifestyle, many people notice visible changes — such as improved strength, toning, or fat loss — after just 4 sessions. Consistency is key.

Can EMS be combined with my regular workouts?

Absolutely. EMS complements activities like cardio, yoga, and Pilates. It can also support strength training, though we recommend leaving 24–48 hours between EMS and very high-intensity workouts to allow for recovery.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full or deducted from your membership package.

Can I cancel my membership early?

Memberships can only be cancelled within 7 days of signing up. After this period, memberships and session bundles are non-refundable.

Do sessions expire?

Yes. Each package is valid for its duration — for example, 4 sessions must be used within 4 weeks, 12 sessions within 12 weeks, etc. Expired sessions cannot be carried forward.

Is EMS good for weight loss?

Yes. EMS boosts metabolism by building lean muscle and burning calories during and after the session. Combined with a healthy diet, EMS can help accelerate fat loss, especially in stubborn areas.

Can beginners do EMS?

Definitely. EMS training is suitable for all fitness levels — from complete beginners to athletes. Intensity is adjusted individually, so sessions are always safe and effective for your body.

Does EMS help with back pain or joint issues?

Yes. EMS strengthens deep stabilizing muscles and improves posture, which can relieve back pain. Because it’s low-impact, EMS is also joint-friendly — making it a great option if you can’t do heavy workouts.

How soon will I see results?

Many clients notice improvements in strength, toning, and energy after 4 sessions. With consistency, studies show up to 9% body fat loss and 30% strength increase in 12 weeks.

Can EMS replace my regular workouts?

Yes — for many clients, EMS becomes their primary workout. However, it can also complement other activities like running, yoga, or sports for even better results.
