These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our fitness services and memberships to you. Please read them carefully before you purchase or use our services.
By signing up with Justfit Pakistan, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.

We are Justfit Pakistan, operating our EMS fitness studio at Defence Raya Fairways Commercial, DHA Phase VI, Lahore, Pakistan.

Our studio opening hours are set by us and may change from time to time without prior notice.

“You”, “your” or “client” refers to the customer using our services.
“We”, “us” or “our” refers to Justfit Pakistan.

Our contract with you

A contract begins once we confirm your booking, membership, or session. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from us.

Memberships

  • All memberships and bundles must be paid in advance.
  • Payments can be made through card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of a membership is only allowed within 7 days of signing up. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  • Prices are subject to periodic review. Members will be informed in advance of any changes.

Membership freeze

You may request a freeze of up to 30 days within a 12-month period by giving us at least 10 days’ written notice.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • To cancel or reschedule a booked session, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or failure to attend a session will result in the session being charged in full or deducted from your package/membership.

Health and Safety

  • Before starting, you must complete a Health Commitment Statement (HCS) and disclose any relevant medical conditions.
  • Training with EMS is safe, but you accept full responsibility if you fail to disclose medical conditions or allergies.
  • You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and agree to sign any required waivers before beginning training.
  • While our trainers guide all sessions, Justfit Pakistan will not be liable for injuries arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow trainer instructions.

Our rights to make changes

We may update services, pricing, or schedules to reflect business, legal, or safety requirements. We will notify members of significant changes in advance.

Providing the services

  • Services begin on the date confirmed in your booking or membership.
  • If services are delayed or disrupted due to events outside our control (e.g., power outages, renovations, or emergencies), we will inform you and reschedule.
  • If you fail to pay on time, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is cleared.

Ending the contract

  • You may end the contract for valid reasons such as:
  • Major changes to services you do not agree with.
  • Errors in pricing or descriptions which you do not accept.
  • A legal right entitling you to end the contract.
  • In all other cases, memberships and sessions remain non-refundable.

We may end the contract if:

  • You fail to make payments within 2 days of reminders.
  • You fail to provide required medical information or waivers.

Price and Payment

  • Prices will be displayed at the studio or on our official website.
  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors may occur.

Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Lockers are available but subject to availability. Please remove all belongings after each session.
  • Bags and valuables are not permitted inside training areas.
  • Justfit Pakistan is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property.
  • Lost property will be held for 2 weeks before being disposed of.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or unforeseeable damages.

CCTV

For security and safety, CCTV is in operation in certain areas of our studio (excluding private areas such as changing rooms).

Use of Personal Information

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
