No Refund Policy

All memberships, session packages, and services purchased at Justfit Pakistan are non-refundable. Once a membership package or sessions are purchased, no refunds will be issued.

Membership & Package Validity

All pre-paid EMS training sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
Unused sessions expire automatically after the expiry date and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended unless stated otherwise by management.

Medical Exceptions

Refunds or special considerations may be reviewed only in exceptional cases such as:
Permanent medical incapacity
Serious injury or illness preventing training
Such cases must be supported by official medical documentation and are subject to management approval. Approved cases may result in:
Membership freeze
Session transfer

Relocation Policy

If a member permanently relocates to a location where no Justfit studio is accessible within a reasonable distance:
The membership may be transferred to another individual
No refund will be issued
A minimum notice period may apply.

Session Cancellation & No-Show

Sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being counted as used
Repeated no-shows may lead to membership restrictions

Membership Freeze

Memberships may be temporarily frozen in case of illness or injury, subject to valid documentation
Freeze duration and eligibility are determined by management
Pregnancy-related freezes may be considered as per company policy.

Payments

All payments must be made in advance
Memberships and packages are payable in full.
Partial payments do not qualify for refunds

Management Rights

Justfit Pakistan reserves the right to:
Amend or update this refund policy at any time
Make final decisions in exceptional cases
Decline refunds that do not meet the above criteria
